NSW - Notifications for Danish seaports

 

A port call contains arrival, port stay, shifting and departure. For every Danish port call by an oceangoing-vessel two reference numbers get created – one for arrival and one for departure. The creation of an arrival-ID and a departure-ID requires a notification for each.

 

With our excel-sheet both notifications can be done by one step.

 

Altogether 20 reporting classes get applied. They are divided into the following categories:

• Information about the port of call
• Dangerous and Polluting Goods
• Cargo
• Ship’s stores
• Notification of waste and residues
• Security
• Crew and passenger lists + Crew’s effects
